Some of the main duties our team provide include:
- Monitor headcount, particularly within zones or areas with specific restrictions
- Monitor and control entry and exit of guests; including ticket inspection, ID checks and bag searches
- Monitor and manage behaviour; paying particular attention to intoxicated, aggressive or unwell individuals
- Provide basic first aid and escalate to paramedics where necessary
- Be the first point of contact for guests, to answer questions and resolve issues where possible
- Communicate with teams, supervisors and Police, and know when to escalate problems to each
